If it's working the sound will only last a couple of seconds until the fuel pressure builds up and the relay cuts it off.

Everything could work (lights, winch, etc.) But if the volts aren't high enough it won't crank, only click. You can check fuses and relays, will be a cheaper and easier fix than a new battery. Sometimes it's just a faulty relay or a bad connection. If the pump is getting power but still don't spool up when you cycle the key, then the pump is bad.It cranks good but just won;t start. Probably have air in the fuel line not letting any fuel getting past, it will collect at the highest point.. If you have inline filter replace with a drill pump to suck fuel along pipe, or to force fuel back to tank, you will also need to fill the part that is post filter point. Apr 23, 2022 · 2016 1000 turns over but wont start. Replaced fuel pump, spark plugs, coils, crank sensor. I'm at a lost. Fuses good, relays good. No sputter while cranking. I was out on the trails. The rear end got about a foot of air, came down, engine power cutting in and out till it finally shut off within 100 feet after landing.
