Just some tips. Follow the instructions carefully and don't skip any steps. Best way to start off is to delete everything in your Skyrim VR folder and have Steam check file integrity so it'll basically redownload a new unmodded Skyrim VR. It's likely that the executable in mod organizer is not pointing to the correct location of skyrimtogether.exe. It's something I've fixed in the next version of the mod list.
