Andrew Rubinstein has been baking his popular bagels around town for years, but only recently opened a fixed location. This allows him to roll out a slate of new items, including some compact, well-crafted breakfast sandwiches, which can be customized with different bagel flavors (salted rosemary is a solid option), fried or scrambled eggs, and applewood bacon.
Rubinstein is also closing in on an Eastside location, which he says will be open by late 2020 or early 2021.
